Protecting your personal data is of great importance to us. This is why we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this data protection notice, we inform you of the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us using a form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Furthermore, the data name, address, goods bought and date of purchase are additionally stored until the product liability expires (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 Telecommunications Act as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.
